Our hotel in Lengenfeld has been known for its heartfelt hospitality since 1428, when the Winkler Bräustüberl, the oldest part of our estate, was first mentioned in a document under the term taffern. Before Karin and Georg Böhm took charge, Gabi and Hanns Konrad Winkler were the bosses at the manor hotel in Lengenfeld. Hanns Konrad Winkler was mainly active in the brewery during his time and was awarded the renowned Bayerischen Bierorden (Bavarian Beer Medal) in 2014.
